Online and offline pricing

We offer economic pricing on our products, and the published rates on the website may change without any prior notice, particularly in the case of any type of unforeseen circumstances.

Bookings or confirmations

A confirmation of booking is an indication that the customer has added the tour product to the cart and accepted our terms. In unforeseen circumstances, if any booking is modified by us, you will be well notified in advance.

Methods of Payment

For travel products, we accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or direct deposit or transfer into our company bank accounts. Credit card and debit card payment for online purchases, such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, is accepted after confirmation from the merchant.

Confirmation of Payment

The evidence of payment to relate to service or product purchase from our website or in our office will be the generated receipt. Our accounts and travel staff will generate receipts after successful transactions.

Product Cancellation Policy

Trips amended 48 hours prior to confirmation time will be free of charge as the per new available schedule. If any changes are applicable within less than 24 to 48 hours, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable. No-show (24-hour) trips are on subject to 100% cancellation charges.

Itinerary Amendments Policy

The tour itinerary and services covered in the tour package are subject to change based on local weather conditions and airline schedules. The customer will be provided with a suitable option before departure as per availability at a similar price. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseen circumstances like floods or earthquakes.

Hotel Accommodation Policy

Check-in and check-out policies will be applied as per hotel policy; in the event of no available rooms, customers will be provided accommodation in similar budget and standard hotels. We do not take any responsibility for early check-in or late check-out at the hotel.

Travel Insurance Rules

We advise you to purchase a travel insurance policy for a safe trip, which includes medical emergencies, loss of passport, baggage loss or delay, accident or injury, and cancellation of the trip. Kabayandubai.com will not be responsible for any of the above.

Visitors' Travel Documents

Before planning any type of international travel, customers are requested to re-check their visa eligibility, ID cards, and passport validity. It is also advisable to get information from the embassy or consulate about the procedure for emergency. The travel documents are the responsibility of every guest, totally. No refund will be provided if any trip is canceled due to a lack of proper travel documents.
